I. NOTICE TO ALL USING OUR SYSTEMS:

a. For your security and ours, we record every login to our systems.

We track and record:

1. your ip address
2. date and time
3. duration logged in
4. all failed login attempts
5. name of pc, browser type, etc.
6. cookies

b. Any information you submit to or through the system is recorded and stored electronically, in a secure environment. We do not however retain any personal information online. We do store and record any unauthorized access attempts, to prevent our systems from being accessed by unauthorized users.

c. We may use cookies in order to track users within our system, and to provide the best experience for the clients of Beyer & Co. Investment Funds, LLC. For your safety and security, these cookies expire after your online session ends or close your web browser.

II. NOTICE TO INVESTORS USING OUR SECURE ONLINE ACCOUNT AREAS:

a. For your security and ours, we do not store any of your personal account details online. The only personal information accessible online is your account username or account number only. There is absolutely no personal identifying information that can be accessed, retrieved or stolen through our secure online account areas.

b. WE DO NOT STORE ONLINE OR ANYWHERE WITHIN YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT YOUR: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, birthdate, social security number, copies of government issued identification, passport numbers or any other personal identity information, that could be accessed by unauthorized users or stolen.

c. In our secure account areas, we store your trade history in the form of ready-only online statements, which are accessible to you to view. Your online account statements do not include your name, address, e-mail address or any personal identifying information anywhere on them.

d. For your personal security, we advise that you store your account statements securely. If you decide to keep your account statements, please keep them in a secure area, such as a safe or safety deposit box. If you throw them away please destroy them completely. If you download and save your statements electronically, we advise that you use encrypt them and store them offline. These measures are recommended to prevent your account information from being stolen by unauthorized persons, and to protect you and your accounts with us.

e. When logging in, we use a dynamic RSA two-way authentication system that changes the last 8 digit pincode of your password every 60 seconds. You need to login using your secure 8 digit pincode after your password, in order to access your account online. This 8 digit pincode is provided to you through your secure RSA key device that is provisioned to you. This makes hacking your account or guessing your password virtually impossible. No one else has your personal RSA login key device or the same pincodes as your account.

f. All information transmitted to and from your computer in our online account areas is secure and encrypted up to 256-bits, depending on your computer's web browser.

g. We do not transmit your account statements to your e-mail account. We may however e-mail our client investors from time-to-time and notify them when their new electronic statement is available.

h. When calling into our offices you have to use your account username and not your personal name. We do not allow your personal details to be accessible to account executives or any employees. For your protection, we advise that you do not provide your personal name, social security number, or any personal information along with your account name to anyone.

i. Your personal account information is accessible only to key officers within the company. All of your account information is stored offline in our secure offline databases, that use military strength encryption and dynamic secure passwords. This is to provide the utmost in privacy and security to you and your account.

II. NOTICE TO LEGAL AUTHORITIES & THIRD PARTIES:

a. Beyer & Co. Investment Funds, LLC will not provide account information of any client to any authority, without an official, properly served warrant from the correct jurisdictional authorities.

b. Beyer & Co. Investment Funds, LLC does not voluntarily report account information to Revenue Departments. We also do not report account information to credit reporting agencies, collection agencies, or give or sell account information to any third party requestor.

 

III. GOVERNING LAW

a. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. By the using this site or secure client areas, or any content contained within, you agree that the courts of the State of Delaware and the United States, shall have jurisdiction over all legal disputes arising from it's use.
